Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Personal care items (e.g., skincare, undergarments)
  • Sale or clearance items (if marked as final sale)

To start a return, please contact us at support@onedesk.pk We’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.


Refunds

Once we receive your item and inspect it, we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within [5–10] business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at support@onedesk.pk and include photos if applicable.


Shipping Returns

You’ll be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless it was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
