Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1–3 business days]. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We’ll contact you via email or phone if there is a significant delay.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us immediately at support@onedesk.pk
  • We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
