Eligibility for Return or Refund
To qualify for a return or refund, the item must meet the following conditions:

It must be in the original condition as received: unworn, unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging.

You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

The request must be made within 15 days of the purchase date.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please contact our support team at support@onedesk.pk. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
Note: Customers are responsible for the safe return of the parcel. Items sent without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items / Exceptions
We do not accept returns in the following cases:

Items damaged by the customer (unless you can provide evidence that the product was received damaged).

Sale or promotional items, including those purchased during seasonal sales (e.g., Summer, Winter, Eid, Stock Clearance) or with a discount code.

Customized products made specifically to your requirements.
Note: No returns or refunds are accepted for customized products under any circumstances.
Exchanges
To exchange a product, return the original item following the return process. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.
A 35% exchange fee will be applied based on the invoice or value of the original item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved:

30% will be deducted from the original purchase amount.

The remaining balance will be refunded via your preferred payment method.
Please note that it may take 3 to 12 business days for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
