Easy & Hassle-Free Returns

At ONEDESK.PK, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a wrong, incomplete, damaged, or defective product, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Original tags and packaging must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required.

How to Request a Return

  • Photo or video of the issue

Return Process

Our team will guide you through the return process. Depending on your location, you may:

  • Drop off the parcel at a designated point.
  • The customer is responsible for all courier, shipping, and delivery charges related to product returns or exchanges.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • After inspection, eligible items will be approved for a refund or exchange.
  • Refunds are processed within 24 hours of approval.
  • Exchanges are delivered within 3–5 business days.
